Country Craze

Amidst a sea of country enthusiasts clad in cowboy hats, boots, and flannels, you experience an unexplainable feeling of belonging. The atmosphere of a country concert is like no other.

At a Florida Georgia Line concert in the beginning of October, I experienced this feeling firsthand.

On the lawn, country fans wandered freely, meeting up with friends or making new ones. Everyone was extremely friendly; approaching strangers felt natural with the pre-established connection of a shared love of country music. Friendships were forged within minutes, and the fearless flirtation between country girls and guys was common.

When it came to the music, every person danced to their heart’s content without a worry of being judged. Voices of all ages joined in harmony, all having the time of their lives. Nothing else mattered at that moment.

Weeks later, a Luke Bryan show evoked the same effect among the concert-goers. Multiple country events can be looked forward to this year.

One of the biggest upcoming shows is California’s country music festival, known as Stagecoach. Here, you will find only the most elite, die-hard country fanatics.

The party lasts a period of three days, taking place at Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA on April 29th through May 1st. The lineup consists of big-hit artists like Sam Hunt, Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, and Eric Church.

Whether you enjoy country music or not, a country concert promises to be the experience of a lifetime. It is a place filled with good people and even better times.
