Yes, People do change

People change. It’s just a fact of life. I am thoroughly convinced that everyone will change at least a little bit at one point in their life rather it be now or later.

Of course everyone changes in physical ways. They get taller, their hair gets longer, they start dressing differently, and a whole lot of other ways.

People also change their taste in things. They like different foods, clothes, books, and colors. These are just a few basic examples.

More important opinions that people have change frequently, too. Opinions of themselves, other people, ideas, likes, dislikes, and a lot more change often in almost everyone. Opinions changes as the people who have their opinions learn and grow, developing their thoughts on the topic.

If these things change so often and so drastically, the little changes start to affect the person and eventually or even sometimes all at once, these changes lead to a change in the person’s personality.

Especially in high school, I feel that most of our school is changing. Because we are getting older, growing and learning our opinions, appearance and feelings are changing fast. These changes are changing who we are as a person.

One example of this would be someone who has anxiety, no matter how severe. As a child, people are not thinking of others judging them. Children are rarely ever shy and if they are they mostly warm up to people quickly.

Once these kids grow up into teens and young adults, they have been exposed to other people judging them and are much more aware that if they do not do what people think is right then they might get made fun of or thought of differently by their peers.

These people have been affected by this as they have gotten older and now, being shy or anxious has become part of who they are. They have changed who they are, probably subconsciously, because they have learned more, have understood more, and have been influenced by the environment around them.

People also change for the better as they get older. They learn what they like, or dislike, and what they are interested in. They all find their groups and develop their talents as they age and understand more.

Younger kids will do a lot of different things and like all of them, but as they get older most of them find something that they really love to do and are good at. Finding this outlet changes who they are and how they live.

The people that we surround ourselves with also change our personality and opinions. Friends and family have huge impact on people.

Overall, people are changing who they are and what they are like all they time and will continue to change forever.
