A Very Happy Valentine’s

valentines

During 2nd period, senior Lorena Heymans and friends, Helen Sedrak, Charmaine Isidro, and Aasiya Ahmed, headed out to the parking lot. Over the next hour, they hand placed over 300 valentine’s cards and candy on each student’s car.

Lorena singlehandedly crafted each valentine, spending around three and a half hours handwriting each individual message. Messages ranged from “Are you a snickers bar? Cause you are satisfying,” to “Is your name Google? Cause you are everything I’ve been searching for.”

By doing this, Lorena hopes to give all MC students a valentine.

“I just want to put smiles on peoples’ faces,” Heymans said.
